Common Rail Systems

We offer the new Ganser CRS state-of-the-art Common Rail System for engines with a power range of 350 - 5000 kW:

with individual injector accumulator
no rails
exceptionally low HP volume due to new WDD-system
highest effective injection pressure
highest performance and installation flexibility.

We also supply conventional high efficiency systems, should a conventional solution with rail(s) be preferred.

Injectors

The injectors are built to fit, so that no modifications are needed in most engine cylinder heads. The engine builder has a great advantage in that his engine needs very few modifications for the installation of our injectors.

We have designs ready for injection quantities in the following fuelling ranges:

0 to 500 mm3 per stroke
0 to 1000 mm3 per stroke
0 to 3000 mm3 per stroke.

Pumps

Ganser CRS high pressure pumps are the strong, enduring muscle needed to always deliver the fuel pressures and quantities required by your engines. They are easy to install and utilize engine oil for lubrication of the shaft bearings, while keeping the oil at all times safely separated from the fuel.

Fuel delivery ranges for maximum fuelling are as follows:

0 to 4 litres per minute
0 to 8 litres per minute
0 to 16 litres per minute.
